How We Do It
We inspect the exterior stack, mortar condition, and lead flashings from scaffolding or roof access. We rake out damaged mortar joints and repoint with durable, weather-resistant mix. We replace failed lead step and apron flashings to ensure a waterproof seal. We cap or re-flaunch the chimney top to prevent future water penetration.
